1. About the service
UnlockMy.ai is a cloud-based remote browser service operated by KLDigital OG, Selzergasse 21, 1150 Wien, Austria. It provides users access to a private browser session hosted in the cloud, accessible from any web browser.
2. Acceptance of terms
By signing up for or using UnlockMy.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use UnlockMy.ai. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use UnlockMy.ai only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- Access, store or distribute illegal content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to disrupt, hack or reverse-engineer the service
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
- Use automated tools to abuse or overload the infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the service and for compliance with your employer's policies and applicable laws. UnlockMy.ai provides a technical service and is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use.
6. Pricing and payment
The current price is $12 USD per month per account. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
During the waitlist phase, no payment is required until your account is activated. We will notify you before any billing begins.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.
9. Privacy
Your use of UnlockMy.ai is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLDigital OG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of UnlockMy.ai. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
